General Conference Room Reservations
In order to reserve a conference room in the CNSI Building, you must be a CNSI member or a Tenant in the CNSI Building. If your meeting requires conference call capabilities, these devices may be reserved when requesting a conference room. All equipment must be picked up from and returned to the CNSI Reception Desk (3101). Please leave rooms cleaner than you found them.
Room reservations require a 48-hour minimum notice and are subject to availability. We will attempt to accommodate emergency reservation requests only after all other requests have been processed. If your request falls outside of the 48-hour minimum notice, we may not be able to accommodate your request.
Policies:
- Each meeting may not exceed two (2) hours. Meetings exceeding two (2) hours requires approval from the Magnify Management Team.
- Each Tenant is allowed a maximum of two (2) recurring meetings per week.
- Recurring reservations can be made on a quarterly basis and will need to be renewed.
- Reservations may not overlap with another reservation in the building.
- Reservations that are not utilized may result in a loss of reservation privileges.
- The 3rd floor conference rooms and Presentation Space are reserved for CNSI administrative use, high-level meetings, or events. Tenants may request use of these rooms, if available, for high-level meetings and must receive prior approval from the Director, Brian Benson.
To reserve a room, email confrooms@cnsi.ucla.edu with the following information:
- Email and phone number of main contact for reservation
- Preferred and alternate date of reservation
- Preferred and alternate start/end time
- Name of reservation
- Purpose of reservation
- Affiliated department/group
- Estimated guest count (more than 12 may require special accommodations)
5324 Office Space Conference Roomy
Policies:
- This conference room is only available for use by Tenants that reside in the 5324 Office Space.
- Each meeting may not exceed two (2) hours.
- Tenants are limited to one (1) recurring weekly meeting in this room. If needed, you may have one additional recurring meeting in another conference room.
- Reservations may not overlap with another reservation in the building.
- Recurring reservations can be made on a quarterly basis and will need to be renewed.
- Meetings exceeding two (2) hours requires approval from the Magnify Management Team.
- Reservations that are not utilized may result in a loss of reservation privileges.
- Please be considerate of other users and leave the room cleaner than you found it.

Video screen – A flat panel display is available for use in the 5324 Conference Room. Digital (HDMI) and analog (VGA) cables are provided to connect devices. To use HDMI or VGA, press the INPUT button on the remote control. Press the up (↑) and down (↓) arrows to highlight either HDMI 1 or PC – Computer. Press ENTER to make the selection.
